Shipping & Return Policies
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a $40 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Chica Bands glady accepts refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase, providing the product has not been worn and is in new condition. This policy does not apply to Final Sale, or Custom Order items.
Proof of Purchase
If original order was placed online, the proof of purchase can be obtained by Chica Bands. If the original order was placed in person, at an expo, or event, the customer must provide Chica Bands with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, or credit card statement. If the original order was placed at a Chica Bands Retailer, the customer must return the item to the Retailer for refund or exchange.
All merchandise expected to be exchanged must not have been worn and be returned in new condition. Shipping for the return of the Exchanged product and its replacement is the responsibility of the Customer. Contact us at sales@ChicaBands.com and notify us of your requested new style and reason for exchange. A Chica Band Representative will contact you to begin this quick and simple process.

In either case, contact us at sales@ChicaBands.com and notify us of your request and reason for refund. A Chica Band Representative will contact you to begin the process of return. Once the product in question has been returned and inspected, the customer will be notified by Chica Bands regarding the refund. Refunds are made in the same form of payment used for original purchase.
